I was using Sonarr for a while on my laptop with zero problems. I recently purchased a QNAP Turbo NAS and began moving all my servers onto it so they would run while my laptop was off. I copied all my settings over and for about a week, everything was fine. I got home from worked and fired it up and it goes to the proper Web page, but loads a blank white screen. After reluctantly deleting and reinstalling, same thing. Only thing different I did tonight was when I was trying to install CouchPotato it had me install Entware NG… did that somehow mess with Sonarr? I was able to get CouchPotato in without it after all, so I just deleted that qpkg, but still, nothing. I am able to launch it on my laptop, but I had removed all my shows so i wouldnt get duplicates. HELP lol
Blank white screen sounds like its not loading at all, check the log files.
I had a file there that was a mile long and hard to make sense of, but now that ive deleted and reinstalled a few times, that folder is now empty. Even after a “blank launch”, it doesnt populate a log file in that folder… Still figuring out my way around this Nas’s folder system, so it took a while to even find the hidden files, but there isnt one in the folder anymore. there is a logs.db in the config/NZBDrone folder, but i dont appear to have a way to open that one…
For what its worth, the page is loading as completely as it can I suppose, after some digging I found a “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)” on my browser…
and just like that… after 2 restarts of my nas, not only did it fire right up, but all my shows are still in tact… I have no idea what I did to fix it, so sorry if anyone else has this problem. Thanks for the fast reply though!
