Hi Markus101,
I’m new but I do recognize your name. I found your information on your post to be helpful as I also have the same issue. I did check the logs for errors. However, to follow the proper protocol, can I continue to communicate with you?
Thanks for getting back to me, markus101!
I hope this is useful. If not please let me know
There appears to be two issues according to the log files
First issue
It’s only part of the log file as it’s very long. The rest of the log file
seemed to be redundant . I’ve seen this issue on an older post.

Re: Sonarr V4 failed to launch.
Followed the instructions, including adding the contents of the Sonarr\bin zip. I did a search for the index.html files. It said that it was modified today and there were three index files in Sonarr Bin UI:
1)index-7d403179a7cc6ab51c9.jsmap,2) same ending but with ending js.us, and 3) index-js
Checked logs (partial):

There is only one index.html file, it’s in the UI folder.
You could just copy that file from the zip to C:\ProgramData\Sonarr\bin\UI. If it’s somehow getting deleted then it’s possible some sort of antivirus is erronously removing it.
Re: Sonarr Failed to launch
Followed your instructions. Files were copied into \bin\UI. Still failed to launch. However, a security warning window did pop up from C:\ProgramData\Sonarr\bin\Sonarr. I clicked on “Run”. Nothing after that. Right clicked on App showed source C:\ProgramData\Sonarr\bin\Sonarr.

I was able to launch Sonarr by browsing to http://localhost:8989 Then entered a username and password. However, I’m not sure how it happened. I may have put
a wrong pass word and it appears I’m lockout.
Some Log info"
2024-12-11 22:13:05.9|Info|Sonarr.Http.Authentication.BasicAuthenticationHandler|Basic was not authenticated. Failure message: Authorization header missing.
2024-12-11 22:13:06.0|Info|Sonarr.Http.Authentication.BasicAuthenticationHandler|AuthenticationScheme: Basic was challenged.
I tried going back to a copy of config file that I made prior to entering the user name and password. I still have the error. (have both config files before and after)
ChatGPT suggested to update the setting and clear the user name and password fields. Then restart Sonarr and reconfigure from the web interface.
The above log was from the copied previous config file. If I make any changes should I put back to the config file when I first enter the name and password and had the error? Your comments and assistance would be appreciated

I followed the link you provided in wiki.servarr.com and was able to start Sonarr with out aurthorization. Great!!! Then I went to Sonarr Settings: General in the UI and set my username and password and save it. However, when I launch Sonarr there is no pop up window showing or requesting name and password.
Did I miss something?
