Probably it’d be interesting to the devs to know which browser + version of the browser, which version of Windows…
Did you try in another browser or the same browser in incognito mode or with all addons disabled?
Are you connecting to a local sonarr instance, or on a remote server through a VPN or otherwise? The great firewall of China?
What @Thirrian said, you’re missing all the requested support info, also try another browser. It looks like CSS isn’t loading, which is either because the file is missing from disk (Sonarr’s logs will show that, trace logs will also show the request/response for it) or something is blocking it. Try a private/incognito window as well.
