I am having an issue getting Indexer Nzb.su updated to the new nzb.life. It will not TEST successfully for me in Sonarr (works fine on Radarr & Lidarr). Changing the url to https://api.nzb.life fails every time. Changing it back to nzb.su and it still passes every time. I notified their support and they told me I was on a very old Sonarr version and should upgrade. I see there is version 4 now. I have seen recommendations elsewhere that I should upgrade to version 3 first, then version 4. If that’s the case, where can I get vers 3? Or is it ok to go directly from vers 2 to vers 4? I have created a Sonarr backup file using the System - Backup ‘Backup’ button. It created a 10gb zip. I have never upgraded a Sonarr version before. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Update: I was able to finally get Sonarr’s Nzb.Life indexer to Test and Add. I first deleted the old su, then killed the NzbDrone process. Then restarted it and was able to add & successfully test the new Life address. I previously just tried deleting the entry and immediately recreating it, but it failed as well. I got the idea to stop the process after after the removal and restarting it then adding the Life, which worked. I would still like to know if I can go from Sonarr vers 2 to 4 directly. I’ve never had to upgrade Sonarr. I don’t want to lose all of my many, many TV entry’s. I’m assuming you stop the drone process, then install the new Sonarr.main.4.0.14.2939.win-x64-installer (dot exe). Any advice would be appreciated!
I have successfully upgraded from vers 2 to 4. But I encountered corrupt database and had to reload my v2 BU. After doing this I was getting ‘Unable to load episode files’ error on each entry. I used SQLite editor to fix it with UPDATE EpisodeFiles SET Languages = ‘[1]’ command statement. So all was working well except now my Queue is chuck full of old items (TV Shows) that have long been processed already in the past. That is the only issue I’m currently working on now. If anyone knows a resolution or helpful tips, it would be appreciated!
