Sonarr.tv windows download popped "this file might damage your computer" in chrome

I just tried to download the windows install from sonarr.tv and the windows download (NzbDrone.master.exe from https://download.sonarr.tv/v2/master/latest/NzbDrone.master.exe popped a “this file might damage your computer” notification in the chrome download manager.

I tried running the file through some online scanners but those may not be 100%

I cannot find the MD5 for the file. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I’m not getting that notification in chrome.
