So, all of a sudden, I cannot scan content in Sonarr. I just get’s stuck “Update series info and scan disk”
The arrows rotate and that is all.
I’ve rebooted Mono, Sonarr, and my Qnap entirely, with no success.
Logs don’t indicate any issues, I see Sonarr processing new files and checking if they are eligible for import.
If Update series info and scan disk is hanging does it stop on the same series every time? If its the same series there may be a particular file thats causing Sonarr issues and preventing it from continuing, trace logs will show which file was last processed.
I do my “Update Series” on a per show basis, and I’ve tested it with multiple shows. All yield the same result, and it gets stuck on the show that I initiate it with.
The logs you posted don’t show any series refreshes occurring, please post logs for one so we can take a look.
