Sonarr stopped after new internet

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5344
OS: windows 10
Debug logs:
Description of issue:

it was working fine a few days ago. I’ve been without internet for about 5 days (moving). I just finally got my new internet hooked up and for some reason, sonarr stopped tracking/sending to sabnzb

I tried looking in my settings to fix the issue but can’t seem to get it sorted. Anyone know why this might have happened?

V2 is two versions legacy at this point.

Upgrade to V4 for starters

oh damn, it’s been saying it was updated. I just manually searched for v4.

now I’m getting this message:
UnauthroizedAccessException: Access to the path ‘C:\ProgramData/Sonarr\config.xml’ is denied.
