Sonarr still can't connect to uTorrent?

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.04645
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 Professional 64-bit
((Debug logs)):
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
I installed Sonarr for the first time on this brand new machine about a week ago, managed to set everything up right, except for the fact that I couldn’t seem to get Sonarr to connect to uTorrent (version 3.4.9 build 43388).

I’m sure I properly set up the ports, addresses and username/passwords, since I can perform the tasks I want Sonarr to perform manually.

Whenever I try to test the connection to uTorrent, I get error logs mentioning " :NzbDrone.Core.Download.Clients.DownloadClientException: Unable to connect to uTorrent, please check your settings —> NzbDrone.Common.Http.HttpException: HTTP request failed: [400:BadRequest] [GET] at [http://localhost:49510/gui/token.html]"

I’m half-certain the problem is coming from uTorrent (and posted a help request there too), since I can access the Web UI from a remote computer, but not on the local computer.

Any insight/advice would be welcome. From reading previous similar posts, it seems something highly similar happened last year around this time. So I thought maybe someone might know how to work around my issue.
