Sonarr service stops every 60 seconds

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.8.1507
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 21H2

Description of issue:

I’ve been using Sonarr V2 for many year without any issues but yesterday the Sonarr service (NZBdrone service) stopped for no apparent reason. If I restart the service it will run for 60 seconds and then stop again, while it is running Sonarr runs OK. I decided to upgrade to version 3 but the service is still having the same problem, stopping every 60 seconds.

I was looking at the event logs further, and immediately before the event failure notice for the Sonarr service there is this error…

most like media info choking on a bad video file, crashing and then crashing sonarr
