Description of issue:

Hi everyone. First time posting here, so please forgive me if my formatting is wrong.

So I recently had to move my server to a different place and everything is working great (e.g. Plex, Deluge, CouchPotato, etc) except Sonarr. Anytime I tried accessing Sonarr through the port I designated for it (38082), I’d get an error message stating “localhost refused to connect”.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I ran into the same issue. I noticed in the Task Manager that the service “NzbDrone” was stopped, though when I tried starting it, it’d say “Starting…” then say “Stopped” again after about three seconds.

I have the log file attached to this post via Pastebin above. Any help is appreciated!

The logs show Sonarr starting up and running (for a minute at least), but failing to connect to Deluge.

http://192.168.1.100:38082/ Is that IP assigned to the server and the one you’re using?

You could try removing bind address from the config file in Sonarr’s ((AppData directory)) to see if that helps. You can also change the log level to Trace so more information is logged that may help troubleshoot.

Actually, the local IP of the server is 192.168.0.100, not 192.168.1.100. Thanks for pointing that out!

Since I can’t access the Sonarr UI, would I be able to change what IP it looks for through some other means?

Yes, through the config.xml file in https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/AppData-Directory
