Sonarr randomly re-downloading past episodes.......Help!

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.0.0
OS: OSX 10.11.4

Description of issue:

Hi, this is the first issue I have encountered, therefore first post so apologies if this issue has already been addressed.

The system I have in place right now is I download using Sonarr via NZBGet. Once the download has completed, I have a program called iVI Pro which converts the file and imports to iTunes, then deletes the original file.

Because of this, the show downloaded always shows as ā€˜missing from diskā€™ in Sonarr, even though it technically isnā€™t. This means I have a massive list of missing shows in Sonarr, and every now and again, Sonarr captures these shows and starts downloading again.

Is there anyway I can change the status of these shows so Sonarr does not keep attempting to download them?

Again, apologies if this has already been covered, and thanks in advance for any advice.

Ok, so Iā€™ve just discovered the bookmark toggle feature for watching/unwatching seasons/episodes!

Since you are ā€œdeleting/renaming/etcā€ outside of Sonarr, you might enable this feature. First tab in settings:
