Sonarr Path Problem

Hello all, I am trying to make the move with Sonarr from FreeNAS to Windows 10 and finding there are some things I don’t understand. I had to edit some things in the sonarr db file to remove old paths as it was causing the restore function to fail.

My issue which I need help on is this. I have set my Root Folders which consists of two different paths (image1). When I open an episode I see the path (image2) which seems correct. When I hit save I get the error “Path is already configured as a root folder” so I add the episode name to the end of the path (image4) and hit save which then asks if Sonarr should move the files. The first time I said Yes move the files it created a copy of the files under the already existing season hence duplicating the data. I found that if I choose No I’ll move the files it keeps them in their proper place. I dont understand if I should have the
path for the episode set to \FractalXL\MultiMedia\TV Shows\ or to \FractalXL\MultiMedia\TV Shows"TV Show Name"?

You can’t have a series folder that points to the root folder like that, at this point every file for every series in that root folder is going to belong to that series, you need to fix the paths and NOT move the files when prompted. If you’ve done that to every single series then you should grab a new backup and fix the series paths properly before using it.
