Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5344
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.20.1.34
OS: com.docker.compose.version 1.27.4
Debug logs: I have them
Description of issue: Sonarr expects Release Group to be appended to the end of the downloaded file but the actual downloaded file ends with mkv. Sonarr is looking for [eztv] and never imports from the downloads to the final destination folder. I hope someone here knows where that setting is.
Log entry:
Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /downloads/title.s01e04.720p.web.h264-[eztv.re].mkv[eztv]
Actual file in downloads:
title.s01e04.720p.web.h264-[eztv.re].mkv
Above, from the Log entry, you can see what is expected “[eztv]”. When I rename the actual file in the downloads folder from
title.s01e04.720p.web.h264-[eztv.re].mkv
to
title.s01e04.720p.web.h264-[eztv.re].mkv[eztv]
Sonarr then processes and imports the file to the TVShows directory. If I don’t rename the file, it remains stuck and the file is never imported.
After it imports to the correct final destination folder the [eztv] is still appended at the end of the filename in the new directory and I need to rename the fully processed file in the TVShows folder from
Title - S01E04 - Episode Title WEBDL-720p.mkv[eztv]
to
Title - S01E04 - Episode Title WEBDL-720p.mkv
before it is usable.
