I connect Sonarr to my Pushbullet account so that I get notified of all new episodes added to the server.
The feature works great, but it’s incredibly frustrating that Sonarr pushes a notification for individual episodes when a full season pack is added. I’ll be going about my day when my phone will suddenly vibrate up to 25 times in my pocket, because the latest season of a show has been added or upgraded by Sonarr.
Sonarr surely knows that a full season pack has been added, since it’s the one fetching it, so why can’t it just say “[Show Name] Season n has been processed” instead of notifying for each individual episode? It’s unfortunately gotten so annoying that I’m debating disabling the entire feature.
On the topic of Sonarr’s ‘Connect’ feature, I don’t think a notification needs to be sent when I manually import/add/upgrade something myself, since… I’m already doing it myself.
