Sonarr not picking up downloaded episodes

Radarr version (4.2.4.6635):
macOS 12.6 (Monterey):

Trying to configure Radarr.

Under Media Management, it wants the Root Folder. I’m migrating Radarr from my QNAP NAS and my Movie Library is on that device.
Choices are provided but all are on the Mac- none are network. There is an option to type an address, what format should that be?

ie //myMedia/nasMovies/

or does it require “https://” in front?

Not picking up downloaded episodes and has system message:

Mediainfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0 assembly: type: member:(null).

Looks like you might have a bad install. You have mismatched version numbers displaying

Sonarr 3.0.8.1507
[v3.0.9.1549]

Grab a backup before you begin if you can, then try reinstall current version, and failing that uninstall and reinstall.

Re-installed Sonarr 3.08.1507 and still getting:

At least the version numbers now match.

Based on previous posts about the same error and issue, it seems like it is specific to qnap and related to qmono version and issues.

Check qnap forums / support for fix and/or previous solutions here and reddit

Yes, saw those and followed their directive to the QNAP Club site where I found they can supply a QMono version prior to 6.12.0.200 but there is a dropdown which seems to ask you to select your QNAP Model. The rub is that my model is not listed and I lack the knowledge to know whether any of the listed models are compatible with my unit. I asked the site for a version for my model over a week ago but am yet to receive a reply.

Same issue here… reinstalled sonarr 3.0.8.1507 and qmono 6.12.0.200 also reinstalled cli media info app…

Sonarr still gives me a system error :

MediaInfo Library could not be loaded libmediainfo.so.0 assembly: type: member:(null)

everything works but it does not import series files after downkloaded…
