Sonarr not moving files from SABNZB completed folder

Sonarr not moving files from SABNZB completed folder:

Since updating to 3.0.6.1342 Sonarr is not automatically moving completed downloads to my media share.

Sonarr is passing the info to SABNZB which downloads the file(s) then moves it to the completed folder.

Sonarr is not managing to move the files into my videos share on the same NAS.

The job can be found in wanted/Missing in Sonarr and if I run a manual import on each file by specifying the completed SABNZB location then the file(s) are moved to the correct location.

The log says “path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr” but this cannot be the case if a manual import works.

The logs are never wrong.

Sonarr cannot access the file.

Fix your permissions - it’s covered as one of the common problems.

hi all ive just had to restall everything and i thought i got everything right, apart from moving files
any help would be greatly recieved

Your issue is Sonarr cannot access F:\

Likely due to you running it as a service and skipping the installation instructions

Sonarr can be installed as system tray application or Windows Service. A system tray application is started after the user logs in and is visible as an icon on the taskbar system tray.
A Windows Service runs even when the user is not logged in, but special care must be taken since Windows Services cannot access network drives (\server\share or X:\ mapped drives) without special configuration steps.
Additionally the Windows Service runs under the ‘Local Service’ account, by default this account does not have permissions to access your user’s home directory unless permissions have been assigned manually. This is particularly relevant when using download clients that are configured to download to your home directory.
It’s therefore advisable to install Sonarr as a system tray application if the user can remain logged in. The option to do so is provided during the installer.

Assuming you’re running sonarr has a service - it cannot access mapped network drives

A Linux NAS package has nothing to do and no relation to a windows app.
