Sonarr is not importing subtitles that are in folders especially that doesn’t have the same name as the episode file. For instance Rarbg usually have a subtitle file with 2 subtitle and I would like the one named 3_eng.srt
is this possible?

Completed\TV\Series.s02e04.WEBRip.x264-RlsGrp\RlsGrp.txt
Completed\TV\Series.s02e04.WEBRip.x264-RlsGrp\Subs\2_Eng.srt

I would import them manually if I could retrieve the subtitle but it vanishes

Do you use torrents or usenet to download the rarbg files ?
(Yes I know rarbg is a tracker but there files are also found on usenet)
