Sonarr version (exact version) :Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows) : 4.04OS : Mac OS 10.12.5((Debug logs)) :(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue : Since Drone Factor had been marked deprecated lately, I thought it would be a good idea to translate my set up using the completed download handling functionality.
I notice that Sonnar is still properly sending torrents to the torrent client (Transmission), and its using the directory I set at default in that client but when it finishes downloading nothing happens. My files sit in the directory and Sonarr doesn’t do anything with them.
When I try to manual import (automatic) it doesn’t see any files in the folder. However when I have the drone factory active it consumes it properly.
Unsure how to diagnose the issue, any help appreciated!

The download is marked in Activity > Queue while downloading so we know that the client and Sonarr are speaking to each other there.
It’s really once the download is completed, it disappears from queue as expected however left untouched by Sonarr’s CDH functionality which is quite strange. I have tried to use “Category” in the client setup as well as explicitly giving a Download Directory but neither option worked.
Is Completed Download Handling enabled? That sounds like the exact behaviour if it’s disabled.

Yes its configured to remove when download finishes any 100%.
Is Sonarr supposed to handle that part as well?
If it’s removed Sonarr doesn’t have anything in the download client to track so it will never import it. You should have Transmission stop it, but not remove it, Sonarr can then import it and remove it if it has finished seeding.
What happens if it has not finished seeding?

This is definitely solved! Recommend to have this noted in the instructions for switching from Drone Factory to CDH.
I’m confirming that removing Transmission’s rule for removing completed torrents solved the problem and Sonarr was able to import automatically.
