Sonarr not grabbing show automatically

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4855
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Win 10 x64 (latest updates)
((Debug logs)): https://pastebin.com/eD6jDcJr (warnings only)
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here)
Description of issue:
My setup was working flawlessly while I was running it on Windows Server 2012R2 (after some messing around with things).
Decided to go back to Win10x64 as I no longer required a server version of Windows.
Did a fresh install of Windows, and moved over my uTorrent folder from my server HDD, installed sonarr and jacket. I believe I restored my Sonarr and re-pointed paths as required.
I am also running the latest version of Jackett, only used for indexing PirateBay and TorrentDay (private).

Manual searches are working fine.
Clicking Wanted -> selecting latest shows -> and searching selected also works.

I cannot think of why this is happening, it looks like it is having RSS issues, but it is extremely coincidental that it happens as soon as I moved it back to Windows 10…
Any help is appreciated, thank you.

You’ll need to check ((debug logs)) which is in the log file, not the log table and see if Sonarr even saw the releases you were looking for. ThePirateBay rss sync didn't cover the period between 7/10/2017 11:11:10 AM and 7/10/2017 11:21:41 AM UTC generally indicates Sonarr didn’t execute a RSS Sync for some time and failed to page back far enough to find all the releases.

@markus101 thank you for the reply.
I enabled my logging level to debug to see what it finds the next couple of days.

Nothing really stood out in my current logs, but I also am not sure what I was looking for.
The RSS syncs were there every 10 mins or so.

That being said, does this sound like an indexer/sonarr thing? or could it be jackett related?
Thanks

If RSS Sync is running every 10 minutes and there are gap then it might be possible for Jackett to fetch more items from the indexer so that doesn’t happen, if it can’t fetch more or allow Sonarr to page the results then there is always going to be a chance that something is missed.

@markus101
I am just confused as I never had any issues like this.
I did a fresh install of win10, installed sonarr and jackett, copied some of my configs over and reconfigured where required.
to my knowledge, my RSS sync was always 10 mins.
Could there be a setting I am missing?
Any idea what I would be looking for in my debug logs?
Thanks

Not likely within Sonarr. As long as the episodes are on the calendar (and not grey, which is unmonitored) Sonarr should grab them if it sees them.

The releases that are being missed to see if Sonarr has processed them at all.

@markus101
thank you for answering so quickly.
Like anything Windows Based… sometimes you just need to remove something and re-add it…
I removed all my indexers from Sonarr, restart the service, re-added the indexers as torznab with jackett, restarted service again, and when the RSS Sync ran, it grabbed the shows.

Thanks again, this can be closed
