Sonarr not grabbing nzbs or torrents

I have Sonarr setup with SABnzbd, Transmission & Plex Media Server. Today, Sonarr stopped communicating with all three softwares. Everything seems dead. Theoretically speaking everything is running, it updates the library, connects to all softwares with no error but it stopped grabbing any files and the activity completely blank!!!

I reviewed all setup elements on both Sonarr & SABnzbd. I even tried NZBGet for a while with no success whatsoever!

I have Version 2.0.0.3357 Mac OSX 10.10.4

What’s in your log files? Might need to set the logging to debug.

how can I access it. I’m kind of a newbie

System/Logs is where the logs are shown.

Settings/General/Logging is where you change the log level.

The log level is set to info but I don’t know where the log files are stored!

In Sonarr, click System, then click the tab that says logs. If you look through what is on that page, you will able to look at what kind of errors are occurring etc.

I have a long list of errors. This is the latest one: It mentions NZBGet even though I don’t have it configured anymore!!

Couldn’t add report to download queue. Suits.S05E05.HDTV.x264-KILLERS: HTTP request failed: [429:429] [GET] at [https://api.oznzb.com/getnzb/e3785b08534e7b1b3ea5405d22481cb4.nzb&i=5211&r=..removed…]

HTTP 429 = too many requests. What is your RSS interval set to? Settings > Indexers > (enable advanced settings) > RSS Sync Interval.

By the way, the “GET” in that line is not related to nzbget. It’s a http verb, meaning sonarr tries to get the page specified (https://api.oznzb.com/…).
