Sonarr not finding anything to download

I am running with ubuntu 22.04

Version 3.0.9.1549
Package Version 3.0.9 by Team Sonarr
Mono Version 6.8.0.105

debug logs: pastebin wouldn’t take it so I, hopefully gave you what I could.

The problem is that sonarr is not finding any programs. Log says it can’t find the program "dancing with the stars"I can, however, find them on sites. Have no idea why…

Visa Versa series, in sonarr becomes Vice Versa-1x11-TBA
and then it searches for ‘The.Naked.Truth.S01E11.Comet.Nails.Star.And.Vice.Versa.CTV.WEB-DL.AAC2.0.H.264-BTW’?
and then can’t find “Visa Versa”
as far as the debug log says

You haven’t actually said which Dancing with the Stars you want. There are a lot of them.

https://thetvdb.com/search?query=dancing+with+the+stars

Regardless it is likely answered and solved here https://wiki.servarr.com/en/sonarr/faq#sonarr-and-series-issues-metadata

Cannot find a Visa Versa series on TVDB https://thetvdb.com/search?query=visa+versa You need to find the series and then try adding per the TVDB name or use the TVDB ID#

Thanks for the reply!

You are right! I think the best we, for dancing with the stars, might be:
Dancing With the Stars 2005, Series #79590 but I am not sure that will work. I have tried “Dancing With the Stars US” and Dancing With the Stars USA. They both failed (not on the list but some are trying that.
I have also written to them suggesting the first 2 or 3 letters of the nation involved. Right now there really isn’t a way with any place that does this. I think I will stop trying to get this until they work out a system of identification.

Visa Versa IS supposed to be Vice Versa and I have no idea where Visa Versa came from. I just checked and its Vice Versa everyplace on my system including tv source file. Just a mystery I think. Since its not reliable I think I will just remove it. Vice has great shows but … Here is a link to it:

Thanks again (its time I dealt with them instead if blaming Sonarr. I just never crossed my mind! (getting old))

OK. So if you add that series then in theory it should match with the US variant as that has been linked as an alias to the main show.

The Vice Versa you referenced looks to be https://thetvdb.com/series/378105-vice-versa so you should be able to add it that way.
