Sonarr not downloading 4.0.0.748 with Jackett indexers

Sonarr version 4.0.0.748:
Windows 10:

I have these indexers:
The Pirate Bay
Kickass Torrents
Lime Torrents
Solid Torrents
Torrent Galaxy

Tested all the indexers and they seem to be working

Jackett and Sonarr are running on the same device?

You’re able to access http://127.0.0.1:9117 on said device?

These indexers were previously working on the same device?

Any change in security software or settings, in particular firewall?

Yes, Yes and it worked for like 1 episode download then no longer

It seems it only downloads new episodes that just aired, super weird not even sure how to approach this
