Sonarr not automatically picking up new episodes

Sonarr version 3.0.5.1144
Mono version 5.20.1.34

Running Sonarr on a Synology NAS. After upgrading the system no longer automatically picks up new episodes and downloads them. I can go into the series and manually search from within Sonarr and then select a download that will then send it to Sabnzbd, but this was previously automatic. The file once downloaded also no longer renames and moves. The link to Sabnzbd is working fine from within Sonarr.

Those are two different issues.

  1. If these are recently aired episodes that appeared on your indexer’s RSS feeds you’d have to check debug logs to see why they were rejected. The fact that search is working could mean RSS is disabled or the series/episode is not monitored.

  2. This could be for many reasons, Activity: Queue will show you everything Sonarr hasn’t been able to import from SAB’s history and the reason why, if nothing is there then potentially SAB is removing completed downloads and Sonarr doesn’t know to import them, again debug logs will show relevant info

Updating to Sonarr 3 has resolved the first one. As far as renaming and moving, the Activity Quues says “Release Rejected - Unable to determine if file is a sample” any fix for this?

That’s an issue with media info, either it’s missing or not able to handle that file and will need to be updated.

Thanks for the help. All back up and running. The issue with not moving the file ended up being a permissions issue. Although I have set permissions up in the past and they were working previously, for some reason they had been forgotten. Resetting up the permissions has solved the issue.
