Sonarr Not Auto-Downloading From RSS Feed Updates

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.9.1549
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs: https://privatebin.net/?c1b1a5f153f85def#4E3kEofxKA7V8pzVLHjzh1VnauajVWqV9nt5U8haaq4K

Hi there, I am using Sonarr with my Indexers configured in Prowlarr. I’m somewhat new, and can’t seem to get the automatic importing of downloads to start when a monitored series has a new episode picked up. I can see from the log files that the RSS job runs, and identifies a new episode which just aired today, and it appears to attempt to send the download to my download client (RuTorrent on a seedbox). Manually searching the episode grabs it fine and sends it to the download client, but this isn’t happening when it’s scanning RSS feeds.

My RSS sync interval is set to 15 minutes which appears to be working well according to the logs, and the logs indicate the episode was identified and sent to the DL client, but then a moment later the import error appears as the path does not exist. The download never makes it to RuTorrent, and thus Syncthing does not send it back to my network once complete and unpacked.

This process works flawlessly when manually searching for a download via Sonarr interface.

Am I missing something obvious? Appreciate any insights or help from the community, and thank you in advance.

Is Sonarr running as an app or service?

Please post debug logs.

However, from the error posted it is a permissions issue

|Error|DownloadedEpisodesImportService|Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: M:\Seedbox\completed\tv\Andor.S01E08.1080p.WEB.H264-GGEZ. Ensure the path exists and the user running Sonarr has the correct permissions to access this file/folder

Hi fanboy,

Thanks for your reply. Sonarr is running as a full app with tray icon. I don’t believe it’s a permission issue, as the same process works utilizing the same directories when I manually initiate a search for the same file which failed in the log mentioned, but I’ve been wrong before . I’m not sure if it’s relevant, but the directory mentioned (M:\Seedbox)is on a NAS on the same local network and is being accessed via mapped network drive by Sonarr on the Windows 10 machine.

I will clear logs, enable debug logging and capture the next failure for an episode to air amongst my monitored series which will be tomorrow. I will post results once I have them.

Thanks again!

Not sure what happened, but 3 series that had episodes air today all successfully got sent to my download client and processed properly into Plex automatically. I’ll continue to monitor, but this appears to be resolved or a one-off of sorts that I can’t explain. I appreciate the help!
