So I have now had this happen multiple times where sonarr is not able to see what episode it is based on the file names.
I have no idea why it cannot see the name on it correctly, I have taken a screenshot of one of the files so you can see what it does.
As you can see the filename is “Steven Universe S02E01.mp4” and it sees it as season 2 episode 4, but the filename clearly says E01, this has happend to me a lot of times and is forcing me to adding shows manually all the time and not using any automatic renaming from sonarr.
ah so that’s why it always messes up my episodes. A lot fo the stuff I have downloaded must have been named after TVDB and then sonarr regonizes them as Scene and renames them resulting in my series being messed up.
Drop the files in the series folder instead and refresh the series. After that you can still let Sonarr rename em, just not via the DroneFactory,CDH or Manual Import coz those assume scene numberings.
