Sonarr no longer communicates with Deluge

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10 64bit Build 2004

Description of issue: Sonarr no longer able to communicate with Deluge. No change other than switched VPN provider to CyberGhost.

After some further checking, I noticed that someone else had issues when their VPN was active (connected) so I disabled mine and it worked. Hmm? So I thought that perhaps it was having trouble resolving names so I changed localhost to 127.0.0.1 and turned on the VPN and it solved my issue.
