Sonarr listing wrong episodes when manually categorizing

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.9.2244
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Linux
Debug logs:
Description of issue:

I’m trying to import all seasons on Dragon Ball Z for my kid. Episodes downloaded well via Sonarr/Qbit but Sonarr failed to import them. No biggie, I decided to manually categorize them. Things were going well until I hit Season 2.

For some reason, the data that Sonarr has for Season 2 are different than what the episodes I downloaded say they are in the filename. Upon checking Season 2 episode names, I see that the file names are correct, but Sonarr is showing me data that is different.

For example, S02E02 of what I downloaded is called “Plans for Departure”, but Sonarr says S02E02 is called “Look out Below”, which this website says is S02E06.

Does anyone know what could be happening?

Update: I’m now seeing that Radarr says “Plans for Departure” is a part of Season 01, which seems to be incorrect? It seems to be starting the episode list as a part of another season. I should also add, this problem was not present with any other seasons I’ve processed.

Sonarr uses TVDB by default

S02E02 Look Out Below

Likely the source you used for episodes followed a different release numbering order.

For such a big series it’s probably going to be faster to get a release that uses the scene numbering for seasons or absolute ordering (if you can find).

Thanks. I think I was able to solve it by manually mapping, importing, moving the episodes that were in S02 into S01.
