Sonarr is using season folders even tho it is not configured to do so

Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
I have Sonarr set to not use Season Folders but it is still using them. Please see this screenshot, http://imgur.com/Tkp4VUc, and the debug output, http://hastebin.com/kepoxazuve.1c.

The important part in the logs is:

Do you mean series folders? Series folders are always used and your logs don’t show season folders being used at all.

Did you see my screenshot at http://imgur.com/Tkp4VUc? It shows the option of “Use Season Folder”. That’s why I called it season folders instead of series folders.

I don’t want my files copied into another dir that Sonarr creates automatically. For this example, I don’t want Sonarr to move this download. It moved it by doing this:

Moving episode file: /Volumes/TV/American.Crime.Story.S01E07.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS[rarbg]/American.Crime.Story.S01E07.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv to /Volumes/TV/American Crime Story/American.Crime.Story.S01E07.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS[rarbg].mkv

Series and season folders are different, a season folder would be /Volumes/TV/American Crime Story/Season 1/American.Crime.Story.S01E07.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS[rarbg].mkv.

Sonarr uses series folders to keep track of files that belong to a different series. You can disable Completed Download Handling if you want, which will stop Sonarr from sorting files into series folders, but that means it will also not track which files you have and will treat everything as missing.

oh ok, thanks for the info. I also found this post which is what I want to do also but it looks like it’s not an option. Can I turn off ‘series folders’ on Sonarr?
