Sonarr is randomly not moving completed downloads

Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): NA
OS: WIn7 (x64)
Debug logs: Debug|ImportDecisionMaker|File rejected for the following reasons: [Permanent] Episode has a TBA title and recently aired

Description of issue: Sometimes a downloaded episode is not imported. I have to manually move it.
From the log, and in the current case, it appears that if the title is “TBA” (i.e. no Title) the episode is not imported. Is that correct? If so, why not?

EDIT: I manually moved the file, but Sonarr still shows that the file is downloading (at 100%). In Plex, the episode has a Title and a description.

Nothing random about it, it doesn’t have a title and Sonarr waits up to 24 hours in that case before importing. In v3 you can disable that behaviour.

Use manual import instead and it’ll no long show in the queue.
