Sonarr is not able to connect to NZB indexers

Windows 7 32bit

Reinstalled .NET Framework 4.7.2 runtime

NEWZNAB Unable to connect to indexer: The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.

I have vip accounts to both tortuga and nzbgeek loaded in with the appropriate api info and I’m getting errors on both of them in both sonarr and radarr.

Problem fixed. The proxy I was connecting to through sonarr was down. I disabled and everything is working.
