Sonarr is failing to handle completed downloads

Description of issue: Sonarr has completely stopped doing anything with completed downloads. It used to remove them from my torrent client and move them to the proper series/season folder.

Now all downloads just sit idle after completion. Nothing has changed on my end aside from standard updates. Radarr has been functioning fine throughout this time (if thats helpful). I tried troubleshooting via reddit but the user that helped me was lost with this issue as well.

What does Sonarr show in Activity: Queue for that download? (Hover over the icon on the left)
