Sonarr is downloading Russian artwork

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5338
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.20.1.34
OS: Debian
Description of issue: Sonarr is downloading, what seems to be, Russian artwork for some tv shows. Here’s an example:

Let me know if I need to get debug logs for this but I’m not sure how to recreate the issue?
