I have a completed folder which SABNZBD moves completed downloads to when it’s finished. Everything has been working fine but recently are starting noticing the folder disappearing. Sonarr is still moving the files as it should but I am occasionally getting the Yellow icon for an import issue with “No files found are eligible for import in E:\Finished Usenet\xxxx.mkv”. Even with this error it appears Sonarr actually does move the files somehow. I am finding myself having to recreate the folder to have access to other completed downloads outside of sonarr. I haven’t changed any settings that I’m aware of this just started happening withing the last week or so. It’s a Windows server 2012R2 box with Sonarr 2.0.0.3953. Any help would be great
SAB should be putting downloads inside of job folders, so the files should be in E:\Finished Usenet\Series.Title.S01E01\xxxx.mkv
, I’m not sure how that can even be turned off (I took a quick look at the settings and didn’t see anything), do you have a Post Processing script changing the location?
Without job folders (which Sonarr assumes SAB will always have), the parent folder will be deleted after import and if a new file was places there after Sonarr started processing the folder it could be lost. You’ll need to resolve whatever it is on the SAB side thats changing the structure.
