Sonarr imports episodes, but they stay in queue

Sonarr version: 3.0.3.824
OS: Windows 10

Running as system or tray. Same results. Problem has been going on since few versions.
Sonarr downloads an episode and imports it. But the episode stays in queue and says it cannot be imported.

Without logs from it was originally imported it’s impossible to see if there was an error that lead to it not storing the item in the download history.

At this point removing it from the download client or ignoring it in Sonarr would be the best bet.
