Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.9.1549
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.12.0.182
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 - sonarr running in linuxserver.io docker container

Description of issue:
As of about a week or so ago, Sonarr has started popping up with the error message “Sonarr has lost its connection to the backend and will need to be reloaded to restore functionality”
Issue appears to be apparent mostly in Chrome (v104.0.5112.69 on Android 12), Firefox (on Android) is unaffected is seems.
Occurred on clean install of Sonarr too.
App seems to keep running in the background, but the front end interface needs reloading every minute or two.
Many other *arr apps are running on the same host, no others are affected, only Sonarr.
