Sonarr grabbing exact same episode multiple times

Sonarr is finding and downloading multiple versions of the same episode:

I was playing with the qualities so I am sure I messed something up, just need some help getting it fixed. My profiles are copied below. I cant remember is there are 4 by default or if I created the last 3. I seem to remember thinking that I wanted to download HD only and that this was the way to do it.

Assuming your comment has them in the same order as the UI shows them in the edit dialog then you shouldn’t get duplicates, unless they are failing to import.

A screenshot of the history for an episode that has duplicate downloads and screenshots of the profiles (the overall view is fine) would be very useful as would more details (are they the same quality, are they being imported properly, etc).

I do have them in that exact order. I couldn’t copy copy and paste cleanly so 1 or 2 might be out of place. I’ll upload a screenshot

Since these are old episodes, its unlikely that Sonarr grabbed them in multiple qualities unless searching was used, even then the ordering suggests that it started with the lower qualities and then worked its way up (which it wouldn’t do).

How did you queue these downloads, manual search?

Yes, I did a manual search by clicking the magnifying glass per series.

Searching would only grab one release (the best quality one available).

The screenshot only shows import and delete events and the profiles look fine, and since search would needed to be used it I can only happen if the profile was altered between searches.

Sonarr is also downloading multiple episodes for new episodes but not all series. I have 4 indexers enabled KickassTorrents, Jackett (pointing to PrivateHD), RarBG and an RSS feed from ShowRss.info. If I am reading correctly Sonarr is grabbing the same episode 3 times and sending it to the downloader (Deluge) and deleting most of (but not all seems) of the extra episodes.

There are only import and delete events there, is something else queuing them in deluge?
