Sonarr fails to start

Sonarr version (exact version): v2.0.0.4146
OS: Win 7 64-bit
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://hastebin.com/uqoxegopuf.tex
Description of issue:

A couple of days ago sonarr just stopped working. The logs mentions something about failed to check firewall. I don’t have windows firewall enabled and I tried running Sonarr with Comodo disabled. Running “NzbDrone.Console” gave same results.

For the error: 800706d9 There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper. Microsoft said to make sure the following are running:
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator
Both are running

I tried re-imaging the OS drive but this didn’t work either. Any ideas?

Using a copy of what was already installed or a fresh install?

The message is just a warning so it should start fine.

Is that the last line in the log file?

Couple related things:
