Sonarr downloads wrong episode for anime with multiuple numbering systems

Sonarr version (exact version): 4.0.12.2823
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: PopOS via podman
Debug logs:
Description of issue: The anime Detective Conan (Case Closed in English) has different episode numbering systems (international and japanese). Sonarr searches for the japanese number. Mostly it downloads the correct episode, but often it doesn’t, it’s not consistent.

Here for example I’m searching for an episode with number 216 international, 201 japanese. Sonarr treats this as episode 201 and here are the results in the interactive search:

I get a very large list, and the only result that has E201 in the name is Detektiv.Conan.E201.German.720p.AAC.Web-DL.x264-Tanuki. Unfortunately, the episode that is behind this file is not the desired one, but 201 international, 186 japanese.

When I enter just the German episode name directly in the search of my indexer, I get plenty of results:

It exists multiple times, sometimes with the international number, sometimes as S05E32.

Btw. when I switch to series type Standard, I find 1 result, which might even be the correct one, but sonarr dismisses it because “wrong season”:

I’m grateful for any tips to resolve this.

Since this is remapped with (XEM)[Detective Conan | Mapping | Xem] it’d probably be best to discuss this with the mods there to see if we need to add an exception for some groups.

Either their IRC or the #xem channel on Sonarr’s discord should be fine.
