Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.3953 OS: Windows 10 ((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://hastebin.com/lihusuwuca.tex Description of issue (if you think you’ve found a bug please include steps to reproduce):
For the past couple weeks, Sonarr has been grabbing multiple releases of the same episode and downloading them all at once. Yesterday one of my shows had eight different downloads for the latest episode of Agents of Shield, but it happens to every show. Not only does it suck up my bandwidth, but it sucks up disk space. Sonarr does not recognize that its downloading an episode, either.
I attached a hastebin of a log I saw today of what I think is going on. Sonarr is timing out after grabbing the release and goes straight to the next release only to time out again and so on and so forth. I only thought to look at the logs after manually searching for a release of Bob’s Burgers via Sonarr. I clicked the download button, Deluge started the download, and Sonarr timed out and didn’t recognize that the episode was downloading.
Strange… When I look at Deluge settings in Sonarr (in the Download Client tab) and hit “test”, it’s always an immediate success. It must be in Deluge’s settings, but I’m not quite sure what to look for.
*Deluge and Sonarr have both been restarted many times over the past few weeks since this started.
Similar, but @MrQuallzin is on master, so its likely something different causing it.
A large number of torrents in Deluge could cause issues, typically that would be when fetching the torrents, but Deluge’s Web API isn’t the most reliable thing.
Oh, I see. Still no ideas on why this issue is occurring for me? It’s been slightly better today, as Sonarr has been sending about 80%+ to the queue without issues. Still sending a handful multiple times though, and I see the same operation timed out message.
Same issue here, I removed big amount of torrents of deluge to make sure it wasn’t that (even tought I remeber working fine before with a big amount) .I only have 20 but I also experience this. I use sonarr version 10.0.0.17723.
In the logs it appears the same it gets time outs, but testing manually works fine always.
Also why if it gets a time out, it tries to add a different release of the same episode it doesn’t make any sense to me this behaviour, it should simply stop trying and maybe show an error but not keep adding different releases…Or maybe retry to add it later but not immediately after a time out.
I don’t know I’m not an expert and this is not my project so it might make sense and I don’t see it right now.
For the first time an episode has downloaded correctly. Only thing I’ve done differently was manually clear everything out of my Queue. It was clogged from trying to import episodes from SABnzbd that had been completed but were still in its history. I just cleared the history so hopefully the queue stays clear and things run smoothly.
