Sonarr downloading multiple episodes, no delete when upgrade

Description of issue: Sonarr is downloading multiple copies of episodes. Until about a month or two ago, Sonarr, when optimum file was reached, I.E. 1080p, search for file would stop, also all older versions, I.E. 720p would be deleted. Now Sonarr is downloading multiple files, of the same quality and even when I have lowered quality cutoff to 720p. So now, it’s gabbing like 3-4 different versions of 720p, never deleting any of the old versions, so I’m now getting 3-4 versions of the same show stored on drive.

This behavior started pre Mac OS10.15 upgrade.

Sounds like it’s not importing and grabbing more releases because of that, but haven’t been able to look at the logs.

First check Activity: Queue to see what Sonarr shows for the completed downloads and check the reason for import failures by hovering over the icon on the left. If completed downloads aren’t in the queue then make sure Completed Download Handling is enabled and check the debug logs.
