Sonarr version (exact version): Sonarr Ver. 2.0.0.4855 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.0.1.1 OS: Ubuntu 16.04 ((Debug logs)): https://pastebin.com/VTVUnLui (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue:
So I have no idea whats happening. I go run a manual search and click to download the season pack. The icon spins forever and finally says failed. Everything has been working fine this last week and this is my first manual search as this is a new install.
In the logs it looks like sending a release a couple minutes before was successful as well, do rtorrent logs show anything? The timed out request means rTorrent failed to respond in a timely manner, I can’t think of a reason why the grab would fail, but it would test successfully.
Unfortunately I do not have access to the rtorrent logs since it’s a whatbox seedbox. I found out though that if the release is found via the rss sync that it will add it to rtorrent just fine. I apparently just can’t search for and download anything after the fact. Without the rtorrent logs where else should I look?
The process to send the release via RSS and search is the same. If it’s the same indexer in both cases, possible it’s an issue with magnets vs torrent files? Trace logs in Sonarr should give more details on whether it was a torrent file or a magnet I believe.
Here are the trace logs, repeating the same action.
I went ahead and deleted the nzbdrone folder under the .config and started new so I only have 1 show so that the log should be cleaner. here is what i found.
