Sonarr does not rename the series and does not copy the files to the root directory

I have installed Sonarr on a Docker Compose. My downloader is SABnzb. In SABnzb I have set up “tv” under category. SABnzb unpacks the files and saves them under the folder “Series”.
My Sonarr transmits the category “tv” to SABnzb.
In mine, Sonarr is set as the root folder “/tv” under Media Management.
I see in Sonarr that the “/tv” folder points to the correct folder on my file server. When I click on “/tv” in Sonarr, I see in this directory of folders of series that are stored there…

My problem is that new series I enter in Sonarr are downloaded in SABnzb. They are also unpacked in the SABnzb configured folder “Series” defined in categories for “tv”.

My Problem is:
Unfortunately, Sonarr does not rename the files and does not copy them to the “/tv” directory defined under Media Management.

What am I doing wrong here…

I have configured Radarr in exactly the same way - but with the category “movies” - renaming and copying to the correct directory works perfectly there.

Take a look here https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/installation#docker and here https://trash-guides.info/Hardlinks/How-to-setup-for/Docker/ first. See if that’s enough to catch whatever is misconfigured in your setup.

Otherwise come back, and will probably need a debug log of a download that fails to process, plus relevant screenshots of your setup from Sonarr and SAB, and perhaps your docker compose for path mappings. Hopefully the guides will be enough for you to self help though. Likely permissions, or paths.

I have installed sonarr correctly - from the looks of it.However, I get the following error message when the automatic import should start.
I am trying to load German series.

Pippi.Langstrumpf.1969.S01E08.Pippi.und.das.Weihnachtsfest.German.FS.1080p.BluRay.x264-TV4A
Found matching series via grab history, but release was matched to series by ID. Automatic import is not possible.

Based on that error I’m assuming it is related to this section: https://wiki.servarr.com/sonarr/faq#why-cant-sonarr-import-episode-files-for-series-x-why-cant-sonarr-find-releases-for-series-x

You can try requesting a Sonarr Scene Mapping per the linked form. Make sure to read and complete fully.
