My sonarr is reading my completed folder correctly but after it moves the episode to the series folder it later deletes the episode. This is not happing with every show and it or miss with shows where they are being deleted.
Can you elaborate? Deletes it from where?

Sonarr is getting competed DL from /volume1/SABnzbd/completed
Rename and moves shows to /volume1/SABnzbd/tv/Show/Season
once it has completed its processing is is removing the folder from /volume1/SABnzbd/completed
and deletes the .mkv file from /volume1/SABnzbd/Show/Season
I have both Sonarr and SABnzbd running on Synology NAS.
That’s expected as Sonarr moves the files on import (unless it’s a seeding torrent).
This isn’t something Sonarr does, unless manually deleted from the UI or deleted to import an upgrade.
What does the history for one of the affected episodes show?

Those aren’t ((debug logs)) (you need to enable debug logging if it’s not already enabled).
