Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.4146
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 4.2.1 (Debian 4.2.1.102+dfsg2-7ubuntu4)
OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
((Debug logs)) (posted to hastebin or similar): http://hastebin.com/gufeqonase.1c
Description of issue: Sonarr stops responding soon after restarting the service, seems to never recover. Trace logging enabled stops logging after the first series finishes scanning disk.
First thing to do would be to upgrade mono, 4.4 is now available and we’ve seen issues with 4.2.1 before.
If the issue persists, does it always crash when refreshing series? Always on the same series?
Yep, my first thing to try was updating mono, I’m on 4.4.1 and restarted the service but it did not help. I will check logs and upload to hastebin.
Not home to grab the logs but I tested restarting again and it stops while scanning the first series and parses an episode name. Logging set to trace level.
Does it hang if you remove that series from Sonarr? If you move that file outside of the series folder does it help?
interesting…
I renamed the series folder to “remove” it and omit from scanning, in addition to updating mono and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Thanks for the quick reply
