First of. This current setup have been running smoothly for a year or so. I used Sonarr last night with no issues. This afternoon after work my PC crashed when I tried to RDP. It kept crashing.
When connecting a monitor I could see a windows-repair session was startet.

*Rebooting with a monitor I could see the PC BSOD right after logging in. As shown in the first screenshot.
*Then two screenshots of the error from eventviewer - seems like Nzbdrone was the culprit.
*Then a screenshot of me trying to uninstall Sonarr / reinstall Sonarr.
The path mentioned there doesnt exists on my PC and there’s no NZBdrone folder either.
*I can’t connect to http://localhost:8989/ - error is: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
*NZB drone service wont start. Is it supposed to?

Sorry for the BORK-language. I’ll try and provide as much information as I can, going on. I just wanted to post asap.
Thanks for any help in advance.

The path I think you’re talking about (M:\BuildAgent…) can be ignored, that is from the machine that built the executable.

You can enable trace/debug logs manually by editing the config.xml file: wiki
Clear the existing files manually first, to have a clean log containing only what happens up to the crash. Then start sonarr again and wait for it to crash, I guess.

You can upload the log file(s) to pastebin, google drive, something similar. That may help the devs to troubleshoot.

Hi
Sorry for being unclear. Let me elaborate.
The path I’m talking about is: C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone - it doesn’t exists.
I have no C:\ProgramData
NzbDrone folder doesnt exists in either C:\Program Files nor C:\Program Files (x86)

Basically I can’t provide a log file, because the filepath where it’s supposed to be, doesn’t exists.
I can’t start Sonarr either. When connecting through a browser from http://localhost:8989/ I get this error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I can’t even uninstall / reinstall the NzbDrone.exe as it fails to.

EDIT: Can the log be located somewhere else?
I’m off work in like 6 hours. I can try and manually create the NZB folder in the specified path and see if that changes anything.

If using Windows 7 or later you have the folder somewhere, the folder is just hidden. Press Win+R, Type %programdata% and run it and it will open.

Oh that actually fixed it! Ha! Thanks.
I deleted the config.xml, ran the installer and voila.
Do you guys still want to see the logs just in case there’s some error in the program?

It’s more or less one endless list of:
