Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.49 Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):4.8.0.495 OS: Raspberry ((Debug logs)): Invalid request Validation failed:
– No results were returned from your indexer, please check your settings. (Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here) Description of issue: when trying to add a new indexer from a Torznab either Jacket or Cardigann, I always have the following error: No results were returned from your indexer, please check your settings.
I tested the indexer in jacket and in Cardigann and it is working
No results means the indexer didn’t return anything to Sonarr when it hit the RSS feed, could be categories are wrong so it has nothing to return or it’s not working at all, but since you say it’s working in Jackett, check the categories.
Also, debug logs will log the wuery sonsrr used to query the indexer, helpful for us to see any obvious issues instead of a snippet from the logs.
I am experiencing the same issue as well. I’ve been adding World Wide Torrents and Zoogle to both Sonarr and Radarr. When I add it to Radarr I have no issues however when I add it to Sonarr it fails. I’ve double checked my categories by doing a search in Jackett to identify what category is used and placing that in the Sonarr config. The error message I am getting is:
Invalid request Validation failed:
– No results were returned from your indexer, please check your settings.
So I wanted to give an update to my post yesterday. Even though Sonarr wouldn’t let me add the two sites I mentioned in my previous post I was able to get them working in Sonarr. To get them working I had to add a Custom Torznab for an indexer I already had configured. After this was added I went into the newly added indexer and modified the URL and Categories to match that of Zoogle and World Wide Torrents.
Even though the test still fails if I go into something I have monitored by Sonarr and manually look for it I get options returned from both Zoogle and World Wide Torrents.
@goldriver you might try this as a workaround and see if it works for you.
