This is about the well known issue avoiding to import automatically.
I wonder what would be the solution for non english titles, as all I can find is that “if no english, no import”
I read about aliases, but I dont really understand them. Can I add aliases so sonarr knows what is the title in spanish?
I wonder why is this happening. I remember sonarr importing properly years ago.

That is referring to natively between Sonarr and TVDB. To address that shortcoming, that’s what the scene mapping table is for, in the same linked section.
Check to make sure that it has not already been mapped, and then submit requests as necessary. You can check the existing mappings for examples.
But if you think it, it is way harder to request something in that website, not user friendly at all, that accepting it via person button
I understand that way it works, but just want to let you know that it is a hassle for non eng users
