Sonarr and Radarr can not move file from Sabnzbd

**Sonarr version 4.0.9.224
** 4.0.9.2244-ls257 by linuxserver.io
OS: DSM 7.2.1-69057
Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: /downloads/Ab:

I have tried so hard to figure this out on my own with no luck. My Synology DS1019+ updated the file structure and I had to rebuild my Docker containers. Also was using Docker now its Container manager on a Synology. I can get Sonarr to send file to Sabnzbd and it put them in to the complete download folder but Sonarr and Radarr can not pick them up. I can not figure what I am doing wrong. I included pics of the volume setting for Sab and Sonarr.

Please see here for suggested Syno config, including recommended paths and also permissions fix

after trying and reading for a day and half that got me no were. it not up-to date. it still shows using Docker now Container Manager. and there is some changes

OK. I linked the guide in case you wanted to change back to Docker. Plus it has good general information.

In your case it’s likely a permissions issue, but I don’t know Syno especially if you’re doing it via their Apps, so hopefully someone who has Syno knowledge can help fix your permissions.

Seems like a similar issue I had couple of weeks back, thanks to @mrbutler I was able to solve the permission issue.

Go into your NZBGet / Sabnzbd settings → Security and scroll to the bottom. Change the UMask to “0000” and save your settings.

I have looked everywhere and looked online. There is no where to change the UMask in Sabnzbd? I am not using NZBGet or couchpotato

For SAB I think you want to try setting to 777 per this

https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/advanced/unix-permissions

that did not change anything. If I got to setting Root Folders and add Root Folder. I can not get to the folder where Plex has all the movies stored. I have never had to set the root Folder before ?

i use unraid not a synology but if your nas uses docker containers the you may be able to set the host path (location of your media) in there that will then present its self when you search for a root folder see youtube link about 1:40 in to get an idea dont know if this will help but i had your problem and this put me on the right path
