Description of issue: I have my default delay profile set to 1440 minutes (1 day) but I am noticing that releases are not being added to the Sonarr activity queue when they are available. In the logs, I see that the desired releases are being parsed, and then temporarily rejected as Sonarr waits for a better quality release, so it seems that the issue is just that the release is not showing up immediately in the webUI queue as described here.
For example, in my debug log above, the release 'Big.City.Greens.S04E49.Flexed.1080p.HULU.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.H.264-NTb.mkv' from 'Aither (API) (Prowlarr)' is first processed at 2025-07-12 16:54:15.7 PST. The same release is processed every 15 minutes (per the RSS Sync Interval) and is rejected temporarily. The release does not show up in my Sonarr queue until sometime between 2am PST - 12:19pm PST on 2025-07-13 (I was sleeping and I don’t know what to look for in the logs to see when it was added).
As another example, I have a second release Wylde.Pak.S01E11.Sticky.Fingers.1080p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.H.264-NTb.mkv that was also first processed at 2025-07-12 16:54:15.7. Same thing with it being processed every 15 minutes and being rejected temporarily. This release did not show up in my Sonarr queue until sometime between 12:19pm PST and 1:47pm PST on 2025-07-13.
My goal is to eventually set my default delay profile to 10080 minutes (1 week) so that I can minimize releases grabbed. I want to be able to see the pending items in my Sonarr activity queue while Sonarr is waiting for a better release.
Additional trace logs for my two examples above as I don’t know what to look for to see when/why Sonarr is adding releases to the queue later than expected:
