Sonar rejecting release despite missing file

I just added a new series so all the episodes are set to “missing” but nothing will download. When I click manual search, it lists the rejection as follows:

Release Rejected
Existing file meets cutoff: HDTV-720p
Quality for existing file on disk is of equal or higher preference: Bluray-720p v1
Episode wasn’t requested

If those are the rejections Sonarr sees some files there or the results it’s seeing are for a different series.

We’ll need to see ((debug logs)) of the search to see what Sonarr is seeing.

Is there something specific I should be looking for?

The debug logs show exactly why it was rejected.

17-3-12 16:47:11.8|Debug|QualityAllowedByProfileSpecification|Quality DVD v1 rejected by Series' quality profile
17-3-12 16:47:11.8|Debug|EpisodeRequestedSpecification|Release rejected since the episode wasn't requested: Ah My Goddess - S01E26 DVD v1

and the summary of all rejections for that release:

17-3-12 16:47:11.8|Debug|DownloadDecisionMaker|Release rejected for the following reasons: [Permanent] DVD is not wanted in profile, [Permanent] Episode wasn't requested

It looks like a number of the releases are being rejected because the episode wasn’t requested, perhaps because thexem.de is missing a mapping for that episode that should be there or they are the wrong results.
